Introduction for carbide blade
Recommended Grade: YG6, YG8, YG6X, YG8C, YG6A, YG11 .The Wood cutting blade is a flat cutting part of a sharpened tool. This Wood cutting blade is designed for woodworker. Different cutting blades are optional. Our Wood cutting blade can be designed with 2, 3 or more bores. The thickness of our Wood cutting blade is 1.5mm, Grade is K10 or K30.
Features and applications:
Tungsten Carbide blades are known for being sharp and durable. They are wear-resistant, and can be used in a variety of industrial applications where extremely sharp cutting instruments are needed.
For example, carbide blades are well suited to cutting reflective materials for plotting and sign making.Tungsten carbide is less brittle than other metals,and thus can swithstand the rigors of constant use easily,to tungsten carbide blades may actually increase productivity ,by handling tough jobs with ease,carbide blades can increase productivity by 10 or 20 percent in some industries.Its durability and ability to withstand pressure makes the extra cost worth it.

Established in 2001 Zhuzhou TongDa Cemented Carbide Works are offering customers recommendations and solutions for individual wear resistant components and special tooling requirements.
Zhuzhou TongDa Cemented Carbide Works produce an extensive range of tungsten carbide grades in-house including the popular ISO application grades of K10, K20, K30, K40, P10, P20 & P30/40 as well as numerous special Cobalt and also Nickel binder tungsten carbide grades for use in corrosive resistant applications.
Material compositions including submicron, medium and coarse grain grades are available and can be supplied in cylindrical and flat section in both the as-sintered and finished ground condition.
The tungsten carbide grade powders are processed in-house using quality raw materials to ensure a high product quality is maintained. Individual items and volume production components can be produced by either pre-shaping or automatic press tooling.
In-house facilities include a comprehensive grinding shop plus EDM wire cutting and spark erosion as well as the capacity to offer tungsten carbide components mechanically retained into pre-machined steel housings and casings by interference fitting, induction & gas brazing or using adhesive bonding.
